This ‘getting started’ page should be removed or edited to your own needs. When you update a page you need to click the blue update button to save the changes. If you create a new page you need to click publish to create the page.
Creating a page by default doesn’t automatically add it to the main website menu. To do this you need to add the created page to the menu under appearance – menus. This way you can get the page ready before making it visible to you visitors.
Also under the appearance menu you will find ‘customize’. Here you can change settings for the current theme you are using. These settings vary from theme to theme but generally here you can add a logo, change header images, change colour settings etc. So its a great place to start when setting up your site.

This is an example customer testimonial which you should delete and then add your own. Go to your website dashboard and click testimonials on the left menu to edit this. You can also create a page with the 'testimonials' template to show all testimonials.
